Eating regular, good quality meals is an important part of senior living.  The following are some resources and ideas that may be helpful for you.

When our new building is completed, the Rolla Nutrition Site will be relocated to that facility. Hot lunches will be served Monday through Friday, and we plan to deliver meals to homes. Stay tuned for updates!

Meal Kit Services

Meal kit companies have grown over the past several years.  For a fee, they ship you the ingredients for wholesome meals, along with instructions to prepare the meals.  Some services provide the meals already cooked and you only need to heat them.  These kits are delivered directly to your home.  Click on the link of each company below to visit their website and learn more about each their offerings.  These are listed in alphabetical order.
